Preparation

Put in a jar, in layers, blackberries and sugar (about 1 kg of sugar to every 2 kg of blackberries). Leave it for a week, in a warm place, until the syrup comes out of the blackberries, then squeeze. Add 2 liters of water to each half liter of syrup put in a glass bottle and tie with a thick cloth.
