Preparation
In half a liter of ”sămătişă” (skimmed milk that remains after the sour cream is harvested) put a tablespoon of sugar, salt, a pinch of baking soda, two eggs, then mix well. Add cornmeal and wheat flour (at two tablespoons of corn, one tablespoon of wheat). Make a thick paste that is placed in the pan and baked in the oven. It is eaten with smoked meat bean soup, smoked bacon or sour milk.
