Preparation
Bring salt water to a boil. When it boils, add the corn flour. Separately cut the bacon into cubes and fry in oil until crispy. In a larger bowl put the first layer of sheep’s cheese, then a layer of polenta and then bacon chicherones. Repeat the layers. The last layer must be chicherones. Put in the hobo stove oven.
