Preparation

wheat groats - 1 cup
2 glasses of water
butter and salt to taste.
Pour the croutons into a bowl of cold water. As soon as it boils, reduce the heat and cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally. You can then add a little butter. If the water has suddenly boiled and the wheat has not boiled until it becomes soft, you should add a little boiled water and then it should be ready. The porridge can be served hot or in garnishes for the main courses.
