Preparation

In a cake pan greased with oil, place the slices of bread soaked in milk. We put the plum pieces on them. Add sugar and cinnamon to taste. Repeat until the form is full. Bake on the right heat until you notice that the bread has browned slightly.

I recommend trying the recipe with other fruits as well: apricots, peaches, etc.
