Preparation

Boil the sour cabbage. When it boils, cut the raw, fresh pork ribs into pieces and simmer with the cabbage. When they are ready, add the meatballs: ground pork, pepper, salt, garlic, mix well, add 2-3 drops of oil, mix (repeat). Shape round (like meatballs) and boil with cabbage. Make an unroasted sauce from: flour, oil, paprika, mix and put in the soup. At the end, add as much cream. It is a dish that is cooked when slaughtering the pig.
