Preparation
2 lettuce heads,
250-300 gr smoked pork breast (or smoked bacon),
450 gr sweet sour cream 20% fat,
200 ml yogurt,
2 eggs ,
4-5 cloves of garlic,
salt to taste
We washed the lettuce and cut it noodle wide. We cut the pork breast into cubes. The egg yolks are mixed with the sour cream and yogurt to which we add the crushed garlic. We fry the pork breast (smoked bacon) in a pot until it leaves a little lard. Quench everything with about 4 l of water and let it boil until the chest is boiled. At this point, add the chopped salad and season with salt. Let it continue to boil until the salad is soft. After I have seasoned the soup with the made sauce, let it boil, then remove the pot from the heat. It is served hot, but also cold it is very good. Vinegar can be added as desired.
