Preparation

Clean the pumpkins of skin and kernel. Cut into cubes. They are boiled. Add salt, dill, parsley to the water. From oil, flour, cream and sămătișă (yogurt) and water in which the pumpkin was boiled, a sauce is made. Bring to the boil, then pour into the pot in which the pumpkin was boiled.
