Preparation

Mix flour with lard. Make a yeast dough. Put a whole egg, two egg yolks and sour cream. Add more salt to the dough. Knead well. Spread a sheet of dough that is greased with egg, salt and cumin. Cut sticks with a round shape (spur). Bake in the oven.
