Preparation

Boil sour cherries (with seeds). Mix well 1 egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of flour and a little milk, until it has no lumps and pour over the cherries. Bring to the boil and add cream. Separately, beat 2-3 eggs with 1 tablespoon sour cream, 1 tablespoon flour, salt. Make a softer dough, put the dough with a spoon like pies and bake on both sides. Leave to cool, cut into cubes and put in the cherry sauce.
