Preparation
Grate the horseradish. Put diced bacon or oil in a pan, and when the bacon is fried, put 2 tablespoons of horseradish, a teaspoon of sugar and mix. Immediately, before frying the horseradish, put a mixture of cream, milk and a tablespoon of flour on it and salt it. For taste, you can also add garlic or "wheels" (sliced sausage).
