Preparation
For one serving: collect 30 elderberry flowers, three liters of water, 2 lemons and three kilograms of sugar. You can also add yeast, about the size of a walnut. Bring the water to a boil, add the sugar and when it is melted, add the elderberry flowers and chopped lemons and leave them out in the sun for about three days to drizzle, stir from time to time and taste if you still need sugar. After three days, strain it through a gauze, then put it in bottles.
