Preparation

300 g mushrooms
100 ml oil
2 onions
1 garlic clove
2 tablespoons cornmeal
500 ml sauerkraut juice
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
A little pepper

The dried mushrooms are soaked. Wash and bring to a boil. Flour soaked in sauerkraut juice is poured over the mushrooms. Bring to a boil.
