Preparation

Ingredients:
1 kg of potatoes
2 onions not too big
1 cup vinegar
2 tablespoons oil
salt, pepper, paprika, sugar
Boil the potatoes in their skins. After they have cooled, they are cleaned and cut into thin slices and salted. Peel the onions and cut into slices. Place rows of sliced potatoes and onions in the bowl. Pour oil, vinegar folded with water and sweetened. Season with pepper and paprika. It is a dish that is prepared for Passover.
