Preparation
Make a dough with wheat flour, yeast, water. Knead well in the evening, put in a tray or on a cabbage leaf until morning, when it was put in the oven. Bread was made from wheat flour only on holidays. For everyday bread, mix cornmeal with buckwheat, rye and barley flour.
