5 eggs
2 glasses of sugar
2 glasses of flour
1 baking powder
1 pinch of salt
½ glass of oil
½ glass of milk
vanilla
rum
lemon peel
orange peel
Whisk the egg whites. Gradually add the sugar and egg yolks, one by one. Alternating the oil with the flour, in small quantities, pour slowly and little by little, stirring constantly with the spoon, from bottom to top. Baking powder dissolves in lemon. At the end, add the rest of the ingredients (baking powder, milk, vanilla, rum, orange peel and lemon, salt). Put the composition in a greased pan lined with flour. Preheat the oven well (about 45-50 minutes), then put the tray in the oven and bake at the right heat. It is a cake that is prepared by Purim.
