From flour, margarine, sugar, egg yolks, lemon peel and a baking powder, make a dough that is spread by hand in the pan. Grease with a sour jam (apricot or cherry). Spread a mixture of beaten egg whites, nuts (or ground poppy seeds), flour, sugar, lemon peel, vanilla sugar, raisins on top. Bake at the right heat. It is a recipe that is prepared by Purim.
