Preparation
2 eggs, 8 tablespoons ”sămătișă” (skimmed milk that remains after the sour cream is harvested), 7 tablespoons sugar, ½ baking powder, cornmeal and a handful of wheat flour. Bake in the oven. Sprinkle with sugar.
