Preparation

2 yolks
400 g of flour
200 g butter
Sour cream
½ baking powder package
1 pinch of salt
3 tablespoons sugar
From yolks, flour, butter, cream, sugar, baking powder and salt, make a dough. Spread a sheet about 1 cm thick. Cut the sheet with a glass. The obtained rounds are greased with egg yolk. Place in a greased pan lined with flour and bake over medium heat.
