Preparation

Peel 5 potatoes, grate it and put it on a large grater, then add salt, pepper, a tablespoon of sour cream, an egg, a clove of crushed garlic and mix well. Put two tablespoons of the mixture in the hot oil pan, spread it out like a thin pie and fry it well on both sides.
