Break 2 or 3 eggs and wisk with 2 tablespoons sour cream, 2 tablespoons milk, 2 tablespoons flour, a pinch of salt. You can also put chopped garlic cloves. Put oil in a pan and when it is well heated, put the mixture to fry. Leave to fry well on one side, then turn with a spatula, like a pie, on the other side. After baking, remove to a plate and cut triangles from the middle to the edges.
