Preparation

500 g of corn flour
250 g wheat flour
1 cube of yeast
Make a dough from cornmeal, water, salt, yeast. It is leavened (dry dough was used, which was then put in water). Put a slab in place, cut the bacon into slices and cut 4 slices of bacon that are placed on the edges of the slab and another slice in the middle. Put cheese in each bacon.
