Preparation

Let the rough ground cornmeal soak. Fry in oil (lard) onions, finely chopped mushrooms, tomatoes, grated carrots. Add the cornmeal. Season with salt, pepper and paprika. Thestuffed cabbage is made withfresh or pickled cabbage leaves.
