Preparation
Ingredients:
1 goose breast
2-3 cloves of garlic
goose fat
2 eggs
2 slices of bread
salt and pepper
The goose breast is cleansed of the skin. The meat is ground through a meat grinder. Over the meat put the eggs, garlic, slices of bread soaked in milk, salt and pepper to taste.
