Preparation

The potatoes are boiled and crushed. Fry an onion in oil, and after it has fried, place it over the potatoes and mix. In a saucepan, fry a little flour in oil over which the sauerkraut juice is added. Potatoes are served with the sauerkraut juice sauce.
