Preparation

Boil the potatoes in their skins, then clean and cut into slices. Put diced bacon in a saucepan and fry together with a finely chopped onion. Put two or three tablespoons of sour cream and crushed garlic on top, stir on the fire and then pour over the potatoes and salt. Serve with pickled cabbage juice from the wooden barrel or pear vinegar.
