Preparation

Four potatoes are peeled and cut into 4 or 8 pieces, lengthwise. Put a good tablespoon of lard in the pot, and when it is well heated, put the potatoes and fry them well. Make a clove of garlic with salt, pepper and a tablespoon of sour cream. Remove the potatoes in a bowl and place the garlic sauce on top.
