Preparation

Make a dough out of flour, eggs and water. Spread the dough as for the noodles. Make rhombuses or squares. Plum jam was placed on each. The edges were glued in the dough with the fingers. It was boiled in salted water. It was served with breadcrumbs mixed with sugar.
