Preparation

Clean the pods, remove the ends and break into smaller pieces. Boil in salted water. When cooked, strain. Make a sauce of garlic (rub the garlic with salt and add water) or fried garlic (fry the garlic in hot oil and paprika) and place over the boiled pods.
