Preparation

3 kg donuts, 2 kg kapia peppers, 1/5 liter oil, 80-1 liter broth, hot peppers as spicy as we want. Wash and grind donuts and kapia peppers. Put to harden in oil, add salt and pepper. Boil until the juice decreases. Put the broth and boil like a zacusca, until the oil rises on top. Put the pasta in jars, which are placed with the bottom up under a blanket (dunst) until cool.
