Preparation
Ingredients:
1 ½ kg of potatoes
1 large onion
1 teaspoon paprika
50 g lard
salt
200 ml cream
Finely chop the onion and fry in lard. Add the paprika and the peeled and diced potatoes. Add enough water to cover the potatoes and bring to a boil. Add a few tablespoons of the composition that boils over the cream to homogenize the temperature. Then, add the cream to the pot where the potatoes are boiling and leave it on the fire for 1-2 boils.
