Preparation

3 cups cornmeal
A cup of white flour
2-3 tablespoons salt
3 eggs
½ cup of oil
A tablespoon of baking soda quenched in sour milk or yogurt
Sweet milk or whey
A pinch of salt
Mix all the ingredients and put in the oven. After they are baked, take them out of the tray and cut them into pieces. Then we pass each piece through the sour cream mixture.
