Preparation

Boil dried beans. After about 30 minutes, add a thinly sliced and washed piece of pickled cabbage, then put diced beets in the pot, and when the beans are almost cooked, add two or three chopped potatoes. Make a sauce with a tablespoon from flour fried in oil or lard and quench the milk mixed with egg.
