Preparation

1l milk, 3 tablespoons flour, yogurt, sour cream. Milk, cream and flour are mixed with the whisk. Add salt and a pinch of sugar. Put the yogurt and boil until it has the consistency of a sour cream. This sauce is also made with grated horseradish and is served during the Easter holidays.
