Preparation

Peeled and diced potatoes are boiled. In the water in which they boiled, crush the potatoes and add the flour. Boil like polenta. With a spoon dipped in warm lard, take it from the polenta and place it on the plate. Pour melted lard and ground walnuts mixed with sugar over it.
