Preparation

10 eggs
750g matzah flour
350ml water
salt
oil
Beat the eggs with salt. Mix with matzah flour and water. In the pan with hot oil put with a spoon of the obtained composition. Fry on both sides. They are served as a side dish to meat. It is a food prepared for Passover.
