10 eggs
750g with matzah flour
350ml water
250 g sugar
salt
oil
Beat the eggs. Mix with matzah flour, water, sugar and salt. In the pan with hot oil put with a spoon of the obtained composition. Fry on both sides. They are served as a side dish to meat. It is a food prepared for Passover.
