Preparation

Ingredients: ½ liters of yogurt (skim milk that remains after the sour cream is harvested), a tablespoon of sugar, salt, baking soda, 2 eggs, 2 tablespoons of cream. Mix well then add cornmeal and wheat flour (at two tablespoons of corn, one tablespoon of wheat). A thick paste is obtained and, with a spoon, make the patties that are fried in a pan with hot oil. They can be served with plum jam or sour cream.
