Preparation

4 yolks
300 g flour
120 g butter (or margarine)
150 g caster sugar
Peel and juice from a lemon
Cream:
4 egg whites
150 g powdered sugar
150 g nuts
Mix the yolks with the sugar, butter, flour, peel and lemon juice. Mix well. Spread a finger-thick sheet. Prepare the cream, mixing the beaten egg whites with the ground walnuts and powdered sugar. Place the sheet in the tray and place in the oven. Bake half way. Remove, grease with jam, put the cream in the egg whites. Place in the oven again until cooked through.
