Preparation

Seeds are taken out of the plums. They are put in a cauldron. Leave until the next day to drop the juice. Make a fire and put the cauldron.

With a special wooden tool, the tail spins in the cauldron to avoid sticking to the walls of the vessel.

Leave until the amount decreases and the content thickens.
