Preparation

1 kg flour, 50 g yeast, 500 ml milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, 2 egg yolks, 1 teaspoon salt, 200 ml cream, 2 tablespoons oil. Knead well and leave the dough to rise. With oiled hands, break pieces and shape the pies. Fry in hot oil and can be eaten with sour cream, salted cheese or cheese on top.
