Preparation

4 eggs
8 tablespoons water
matzah flour
4 tablespoons goose fat or oil
Salt, pepper
Make a soft dough from eggs, water and matzah flour and goose fat or vegetable oil. The dough is left to rest for an hour. Small balls (dumplings) are made with a wet hand. They are boiled in boiling soup. It is a food that is prepared at Passover.
