Preparation

Bring more water to a boil with salt. When it boils, add the flour all at once, forming a mound. Bring to the boil and do not stir until it looks like a porridge. Separately, fry fresh pork. Pour the polenta porridge over the meat and let it boil. Add spices: salt, pepper, paprika and hot paprika, to taste. It is eaten by hand, broken into polenta balls and spread in sauce. It is a dish that is prepared when slaughtering the pig, with fresh meat.
