Preparation

500 g beans
1 bay leaf
150 g goose fat / oil
2 tablespoons flour
1 small onion
1 teaspoon vinegar
1-2 teaspoons of sugar
salt pepper
Soak the beans. The next day it boils. In the pot in which it boils, add the bay leaf and the smoked meat. Make an oil dipper in which you fry a finely chopped red onion, salt, pepper and vinegar, sugar. Pour this mixture over the boiled beans. Let it boil for a few more minutes.
