Preparation
1 yolk
1 tablespoon sugar
1 pinch of salt
a little cinnamon
lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil
1 ½ tablespoons Easter flour
Ingredients are calculated for one person.
Rub the yolk (yolks) with salt. Then add the flour, sugar, cinnamon, oil and lemon juice and mix well, then leave in the fridge for 1-1 ½ hours. The egg whites beat well enough to stay on the wire. Remove the bowl from the refrigerator and add the egg white foam. Heat a large amount of oil. When the oil is hot, put the donuts to fry. Serve with cinnamon or honey sauce.
