Preparation

Make a dough out of water and flour. Spread a thin sheet that is cut into squares. Put on each square of dough the plum jam. Fold in the corners, leaving the filling in the middle. Iron on the edges to stick with the other (press the dough to stick on the edges). Boil and squeeze. Drizzle with onion and oil and place the dumplings on top. Mix carefully.

You can also make peas with noodles. Boil the noodles separately.
