Preparation

Peel and finely chop the onion. Fry in hot oil. Add salt, pepper, paprika. Cut the meat and fry with the onion. Put hot water and let it boil. When the meat is almost cooked, put the diced potatoes. The goulash is ready when the meat and the potatoes are cooked.
