Preparation
2 whole eggs
500 g white flour
2 cups of whipped cream or yogurt
2 tablespoons sugar
vanilla sugar
1 pinch of salt
frying oil
Whole eggs, flour, whipped cream (or yogurt), sugar, vanilla sugar, salt mix well. Put a tablespoon of the composition in the hot oil and cook over low heat and let it brown. Remove to a plate and serve hot sprinkled with sugar or jam.
