Preparation
2 suitable carrots
1 small celery
1 a small Kohlrabi (German turnip)
1 parsley root
150-200 gr. barley
200 g of dried mushrooms and soaked the night before
100 gr butter
100gr sour cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Boil the vegetables in salted water, when they are almost cooked, add the washed barley in several rows of water. When the barley is almost cooked, add the mushrooms and cook for 10 minutes, add the butter and cream.
