Preparation

Make a leavened dough from flour, eggs, lard, sugar, yeast dissolved in warm water and salt. Leave to rise. The dough is divided into equal parts. Spread one sheet at a time, place the filling and roll. Place in the trays and put in the oven.

The filling used can also be made from ground walnuts boiled in milk.
